COPAL, Communities Organizing Latino Power and Action, is launching their first partisan endorsement campaign for candidates who most represent and share the values of the Latino community and support their priorities in Minnesota.
During this election cycle, COPAL seeks to unleash the voting power of its members to make their voices heard and influence results. With a growing database of 22,000 eligible voters, COPAL expects to surpass the 18K pledges to vote they were able to mobilize for the 2020 elections.
“We have the power to provide a new perspective, to change policy, and to transform the landscape and destiny of Latinxs in Minnesota. We are eager to back candidates who are ready to understand and engage with our community and support the value of building an inclusive Minnesota. We will mobilize our community to support those candidates by exercising their right to vote at the polls,” said Francisco Segovia, Executive Director of COPAL.
