ROCHESTER, MN – On Saturday, May 18th, COPAL will celebrate the inauguration of its Southeast office in Rochester. This marks a significant step forward in enhancing COPAL’s services and outreach across Southeastern Minnesota. The Southeast office in Rochester is COPAL’s third office in Minnesota joining the existing spaces in Minneapolis and Mankato. With this strategic expansion, COPAL aims to better support the communities of Olmsted, Winona, Goodhue, Steel, Wabasha, Mower, Rice, and Dodge.
After four years of dedicated efforts, COPAL has solidified its commitment to the Latine community in Southeast Minnesota with the establishment of a physical office space in Rochester. This space will work as a dynamic center offering a wealth of resources, support, and advocacy tailored to the Latine community. From guidance on organizing and leadership, to promoting health and wellness, employment and career services.
COPAL invites the community to join in celebrating the grand opening of its office in Rochester. The event will feature music, light food and drinks, and a brief program showcasing speakers from both COPAL and the local community. Your presence will help mark the start of this exciting new chapter to reaffirm our commitment to empowerment, advocacy and unity across greater Minnesota.
