We are committed to financial transparency and accountability.

COPAL has two branches, a 501(c)(3) Education Fund and a 501(c)(4) Advocacy Fund. The two entities are kept separate legally and financially, with over 90% of funding supporting COPAL Education Fund. Any support designated for the 501(c)(3) is not shared with the 501(c)(4).
