We are not in crisis.
We are in a shift.
A transformation.
And COPAL is not waiting for change—we are engineering it.
Budget cuts are coming down like thunder—striking Medicaid, education, job training, and the very bones of the programs that keep our families afloat. But this is not the time to freeze or whisper. This is the time to reclaim the narrative.
Our mission is not new—but our urgency is.
COPAL is doubling down on the future of Latine communities across Minnesota.
Not just with hope.
With infrastructure. With organizing. With strategy.
We are not simply reacting to systems that ignore us—we’re building new ones. Systems that center our people. Systems that open doors now, not someday.
This moment demands action, not just commentary.
We need investment. We need leadership. We need movimiento.
Our gente need access to career pathways, health resources, education, and job training—not only for survival, but for legacy.
Latine communities, among others, are a vital part of Minnesota.
Minnesota depends on us.
So if you’re a nonprofit, a Latine leader, a community member tired of waiting—this is your cue. Show up for your gente. Lift up others. Train, teach, vote, build, heal, lead.
This isn’t the end of a chapter. It’s a rewrite.
It’s not a crisis. It’s an invitation.
Let’s answer it together.
