The Labor Leadership Program is designed to empower community members by honing their skills and cultivating new ones, equipping them to become leaders in their communities.
Through a series of meetings and hands-on experiences, participants are empowered with the tools and knowledge necessary to know their labor rights and be equipped to report instances of labor violations. By fostering a culture of empowerment and skill-building, the Labor Leadership Program is a cornerstone of COPAL’s mission to create enduring positive change in Minnesota.
