Youth Program

Youth Empower is an integral part of COPAL’s Workers’ Center, focusing on three vital areas:

1. The Center offers comprehensive financial counseling and education, guiding young individuals in accessing scholarships and building a solid foundation of financial literacy.
2. The program provides invaluable career guidance and skill development opportunities, preparing them for a successful transition into the workforce.
3. Minnesota’s youngest leaders are offered essential support in obtaining a GED, accessing vocational training, and pursuing higher education, ensuring that these young individuals are well-prepared for a prosperous and fulfilling future.

Through these initiatives, the Youth Empowerment Program at the Primero de Mayo Workers’ Center is actively shaping a brighter and more empowered generation in Minnesota.
